What is Scrip: Scrip is a fund raising opportunity for families who wish to participate. When families purchase scrip, they’re purchasing negotiable gift cards that are used just like cash. You can use scrip to purchase everyday items like food, clothing and other essentials. With every purchase your family will earn a percentage (2-15%) back which can be applied to the fund raising portion of your dues for the following swim team season.
Each family can earn back credit as follows:

Credit earned will be accumulated throughout the season in each family’s membership account. At the end of the season (August) the credit will be applied to the following season’s dues. Amounts earned over a family’s allowable credit will accrue to the club for the benefit of all the swimmers.

How Do I Purchase Scrip: All members who wish to use the scrip program must register with www.shopwithscrip.com There are helpful user guides on this site which will guide you through the very easy process of registering and will also answer any questions you may have about the program. Registering is free all you need is a valid email address. You will be asked to “Join an Organization” this is PTSC and the enrollment code is 8C1EB1DA12654. If you are unable to register please contact Donna Moshier and she can do it for you.
Once you have registered and entered PTSC’s enrollment code you are ready to shop online. On this site you will find a list of participating retailers and the percentage you will earn back. Make sure to check the “What’s New” button for specials being offered at the time this is a quick way to earn extra rebates and reach your fund raising total quicker. You will also be able to check account information and order history from this site. You may place your order anytime of the day or night. Once you have finished entering your order and verifying it you will click “Finish Order.” This will submit your order to the scrip coordinator. A page will display showing your submitted order and your order number. Print this page and send it with a check made out to PTSC for the total amount owed to Donna Moshier at 105 Estates Drive, McMurray, PA 15317 or drop it off at a designated collection time. Once payment has been received a master order for the club will be sent into scrip on the order due date.
Orders will be collected and then returned to you about every two weeks or more if the situation calls for it. You will be notified via email when the orders will be available to be picked up and new orders will be collected.
Optional method of payment: Presto Pay* is an additional method of paying for your scrip order. It is not necessary to use prestopay when shopping online you may still pay via check as described above, but if you choose to sign up for prestopay it is a way of paying online without writing a check or needing to get payment to the scrip coordinator. Simply log onto www.glscrip.com and register with prestopay. In order to register you will need to provide your bank account information through the secure website. There are user guides that will guide you through this process and answer any questions you may have about the program. Prestopay deducts funds directly from your checking account, like an electronic check, to pay for your www.shopwithscrip.com orders. Monies will be deducted from your checking account on the day scrip orders are due.** Once you have registered with prestopay and your bank account has been verified you are ready to shop and pay for your scrip online. Gift cards will still be delivered and distributed through the scrip coordinator. Another benefit of using prestopay is automatic reloads of certain retailer’s cards. More and more retailers are joining the card reload program if you have a prestopay account set up you can automatically reload these cards without having to wait for a scrip order to be placed.
*A small convenience fee of 39 cents is charged each time you pay with Prestopay (less than the cost of a stamp)
**Since Prestopay is like a check there will be an overdraft charge for NSF of $30.00 from Prestopay in addition to any fees charged by your bank.
