The annual championship pasta dinner for swimmers and coaches will be held on Monday, February 8, 2010 in the large “meeting” room at the Peters Township Rec Center.
The pasta dinner scheduled for tonight is still on!! The times each group will be served have changed slightly. Coach Becki’s and Coach Tom’s groups should plan to come at 5:15 pm. Coach Walter’s group should plan to come at 6:15 pm. Parent volunteers should plan to help with the practice group for which they were originally scheduled.
For that evening, practices will be changed as follows: Coach Tom’s Group will practice from 5p to 6p and Coach Walter will hold a combined practice of his Groups One and Two from 6p to 7p.
We need 4 to 5 volunteers per shift. Volunteer credits will be available in quarter hour increments. Use the links below to view what is available and sign up. The shifts are as follows:
- First Shift will cover set-up and Coach Becki’s group from 4:45 to 6 :00 pm (1.25 hours)
- Second Shift will cover Coach Tom’s Group from 6 :00 to 7:15 pm (1.25 hours)
- Third Shift will cover Coach Walter’s Groups and clean-up from 7:15 to 8:30 pm (1.25 hours)
